1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets and attendance at the Milano Sensual Congress 2026 (the "Event"), organized by Bachata Passion (the "Organizer").

1.1 Ticket Policy

  • No Refunds: In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for leisure service contracts providing for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Ticket Platform: Tickets are sold through our partner LaSalsaDelBaile. By purchasing a ticket, you also accept their terms of service.
  • Name Changes: Name changes are permitted for an administrative fee of €10.00 per ticket. This action is allowed only before the event starts. Once the event has commenced, no name changes will be processed.

1.2 Event Access & Wristbands

  • Wristbands: A personal, non-transferable wristband will be applied upon check-in. It must be worn for the entire duration of the Event.
  • Damaged/Lost Wristbands: To receive a replacement for a damaged wristband, you must present and surrender the damaged wristband at the registration desk. If you are unable to present the wristband (e.g., it is lost), you will be required to purchase a new full-price ticket to re-enter the event.
  • Right of Admission: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with these Terms.

1.3 Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

1. Data Controller

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data (name, surname, email, phone number) for the following purposes:

  • Management of ticket purchases and event registration.
  • Communication regarding event updates, schedule changes, or logistical information.
  • Compliance with legal and tax obligations.

3. Media Release (Image Rights)

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, and voice appearing in any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Your data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above and in compliance with applicable civil and fiscal retention periods.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data ("Right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
