Can I change the name on my ticket?
Yes, name changes are possible. You can perform this action directly on the website for a small administrative fee. Please manage your booking through the ticket platform.
What do I need to participate in the Jack & Jill?
To participate in the competition, you must hold a valid Full Pass or a Full Party Pass. The competition fee is separate (20 CHF), but it requires one of these passes to be valid.
Can I buy the Masterclass separately?
No. The Masterclass is an upgrade, which means you must have a valid Full Pass first. If you purchase the upgrade without a Full Pass, your entry to the masterclass will not be valid.
Where is the event located?
The event takes place entirely at the Devero Hotel in Cavenago di Brianza. This 4-star exclusive venue hosts all workshops, day socials, and night parties under one roof.
